Well if you’ve been following my blog over the past year you will remember this little guy. I’ve had the pleasure of doing his 3, 6, and 9 month photos and now his one year. I can’t believe how fast the time has gone!
We decided to do some family photos for his one year since everyone would be out at the house for a little party anyway. I must say that he is my first little one that didn’t want anything to do with his cake…. he would barely touch it!
Here are some of my favorites. Thanks to Beth and Jared for allowing me to be a part of his first year 🙂

Wow am I behind on my blogging! Sorry …. was having some issues with space blah blah blah …. no excuses play like a champion…… so here goes
Where do I begin with Matt and Steph…. or as I’m used to calling them Steph and Strick (his last name is stricker). I’ve know them since college at IU and their relationship goes back even further than that to high school at Center Grove. I really got to know Strick first when he was a neighbor to my friends in luxurious Varsity Villas haha (for anyone that didn’t go to IU the villas where basically a big party zone with digusting apartments, half of which should have probably been condemned). Regardless of the living conditions, I’ve always thought that Matt was such a genuinely nice guy.I honestly can’t think of a single bad thing to say about him 🙂 Steph you’re a lucky girl!
I’d hear him talk about Steph long before I met her and I could tell that through the ups and downs and the good and bad times in their relationship that she was always the woman he loved. And when I finally met her I could understand why 🙂 So it came as no surprise that as their relationship continued outside of college and got more serious that he eventually popped the question. I was thrilled when I hear they had (finally) gotten engaged and even more thrilled when they asked me to be their photographer.
I knew I was going to have my hands full having been friends with most of the groomsmen in college…. I was right, but it was all in good fun. It was great to see so many familiar faces and capture the wedding of two people that I know and love.
Congrats to you guys! Bring on the photos!

They decided to see each other before the cermony (love that) so after a quick couple of shots we were able to campus with just the two of them 🙂

It’s almost that time of year again! With the weather (hopefully) cooling off and football season starting it’s time to start thinking about the fall and scheduling your fall portrait sessions. Due to my limited availability in October I’ve decided to do a fall mini-session special on October 24th. It’s prime time for the leaves to be changing and (fingers crossed) it will be a great fall day.
Contact me to schedule your time slot. More information is listed below…… You can book back to back sessions if you have a large family or would like to have a full hour to explore the park and have some more variety in backgrounds and locations.
