Yet again I’m behind on my blogging – it’s officially the busiest time of the year for me.
So I’m going to start off the many sessions I haven’t blogged with some of my favorite kiddos who have made numerous appearances on here.
We did this shoot on Mother’s Day 🙂 and luckily had great weather amongst all the days that that it had been raining.
Enjoy! And Happy Belated Mother’s Day to the moms out there!

Well i’m super behind on blogging. I was going through my files and I came across this wedding I was a second shooter for in Michigan this past August. I had the pleasure to tag along with the lovely Anya Albonetti (click HERE for her website) to shoot this wedding. It was a gorgeous day, got to spend a little time at the beach and ate about 10 pounds of blueberries haha! Turns out we were in Mighigan during prime blueberry season and couldn’t resist stopping to pick some ourselves.
As a photographer you can never stop learning or pushing yourself to try new things. It was nice to step back for a change and watch how someone else works. Definitely learned a thing or two!
Here are a few of the images I shot while assisting her … enjoy!
First stop the salon…

And then it was off to the beach!

This was a rocking reception – they were still doing shots when we left….

And last but not least… me and anya picking blueberries 🙂

It’s a really good thing they don’t weigh you when you start picking and when you finish because i probably ate a pound just while i was picking haha…. Thanks Anya for letting me tag along and for my new found addition to fresh blueberries!

Man I’m behind on blogging….. I did this session during the week of the big ice storm. Would have been safer skating over to Sara and Nick’s than driving probably, but I didn’t think I could carry all my gear. And it would probably cause people driving to wreck when they saw someone with a couple of backdrops and a camera bag strapped to my back skating down Stop 11…..
Anyway, it was great to see new mom Sara – we used to play volleyball together at IU and meet the newest edition to the family. Emmitt is adorable (as you can tell by photos below). Congrats to Sara and Nick!
