Lindsay and David: Wedding – Indianapolis, IN 9/10/11

This was probably the most anticipated wedding date of the year 9-10-11 –  and I couldn’t be happier that I got to spend it with Lindsay and David. We had a great day for their wedding at Southport Methodist Church and the reception at The Ratherskellar.

I love Lindsay and David. They are such down to earth fun loving people. It’s been a blast getting to know them better over the last year and defniititly full of laughs.

Thanks to Lindsay and David and to all of their amazing family and friends. I’m not going to lie I was little nervous knowing that Lindsay’s mom is a photographer as well …. no pressure! haha

Ceremony: Southport United Methodist Church

Reception: The Rathskellar

Meanwhile …..

Channeling their inner Anchorman

And then it was time for photos with the girls 🙂

Then we headed into the reception at The Rathskellar

And then I stole Lindsay and David out for a few more photos on Mass Ave while everyone finished up dinner – and so glad we did because these are some of my favorites

And back inside for the party!

Kathy and John:Wedding- Indianapolis, IN 8/27/11

Meet Kathy and John 🙂 Kathy is the mother of Alison – who you might remember from previous blog posts of her and Dave’s adorable kiddos, Owen and Vincent.

I was thrilled when Kathy contacted me to shoot her backyard wedding to John. It was a gorgeous fall day and a beautiful setting for a wedding. The ceremony and small reception was held at a friend’s home in the Broad Ripple area.

Congratulations to Kathy and John! It was a pleasure getting to know you and see how amazing all your families and friends are 🙂

Vara and Justin: Wedding – Indianapolis, IN 8/26/11

I feel like I’ve been counting down to this wedding for so long with Vara! I couldn’t wait for it to arrive. I knew it would be a blast and she would be a gorgeous bride – and of course I was right.

Loved the yellow dresses that her bridesmaids wore and the personal touches like the background for the ceremony. Best of all we barely beat out mother nature and managed to run outside for last few minutes of light and what turned out to be an amazing sunset 🙂

Congratulations to Vara and Justin and thank you for letting me capture your big day!

Ceremony: Greenwood Christian Church

Reception: Valle Vista – Greenwood, IN

Bridal Gown and Bridesmaids dresses – Sophia’s Bridal, Tux and Prom

Makeup Artist – Lensi Dickey

And then it was reception time!
